About
Hi, I’m Drew.
My dream is to help you live yours.
I’m a husband, a father of five, and a leadership and organizational development consultant and speaker with 20+ years of experience. Before you hear about my work, I want you to meet the people who matter most to me.
Family first
My greatest accomplishment
People usually ask about my work. But what I’m proudest of is my family.
My wife and I built our family together: five kids, plus a bonus son, our son-in-law. My greatest accomplishment in life is that our children want to be around us, even the ones who are grown. We’re very proud of that. We’ve raised our family here in Tarrant County, Texas, and it’s home.
Home is where I practice what I teach every day: patience, honesty, leadership, and forgiveness. And our home runs on four simple things:
- Faith
- Family
- Hard work
- Showing up
My work
From the front line to the classroom
I learned leadership at Costco, where I started as a cart attendant and became a front-end supervisor. I spent years as a pastor, and in 2016 I founded my own consulting and speaking practice. Today I teach business at Tarrant County College and lead organizational development and communications for a large public-service organization. The heart of that work is clearer communication, a plan people can actually carry out, and leaders who develop the people around them.

Why I do this
Spending my time well
When my baby brother, Evan, died at twenty-six, it changed the way I think about time. I can’t give Evan more time. What I can do is spend mine helping other people discover, define, and live their dreams.
That’s what this site is for. Thanks for stopping by. I’m glad you’re here.
Best regards,
Drew
