The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership 10-week Training

Raising the level of personal leadership effectiveness through an increased understanding of leadership principles, participants experience greater self-leadership skills and influence with others.

We will provide a 10-week group study and facilitated discussion on lessons from expert leadership teacher, consultant, and author, John C Maxwell.  This exploration of John’s work will touch on several laws to include “The Law of Solid Ground”- helping leaders to understand the power of trust, “The Law of Addition” - establishing how leaders can add the most value, “The Law of the Picture” - each leader will learn how the model of leadership we display sets the tone for our team.  Each participant will come to discover their leadership strengths and challenges.

Upon completion of this training, participants will have the knowledge and skills to effectively use The Maxwell Method of Leadership to lead others with confidence and will receive a certificate of completion.

Sales Training Boot Camp one

Learn to Sell Products, Services, or Programs with Confidence.

Your team will raise their level of effectiveness by leading with a Sales Mindset.

Your team will experience a shift in their ability to influence, to identify and solve problems for their clients, increase sales and leadership skills, and achieve greater results, using the Maxwell Method of Selling.

We will provide a 12-week Sales Boot Camp training based on the leadership principles and values of Dr. John C. Maxwell, leading authority on leadership development.  Participants will be equipped with the skills needed to improve sales results. They will learn how to effectively serve others through selling, have the right posture, mindset, and attitude throughout the sales process, develop relationships vs making transactions, master the sales conversation and present products, services, and programs with confidence.

Upon completion of the training, participants will have the basic knowledge and skills to effectively use the Maxwell Method of Sales to lead sales conversations. They each will be presented with a certificate of completion.

Coaching for Leaders - Skills Transition - 6-week Training

Raising the level of effectiveness by leading with Coaching Conversations: Organizations will experience a shift in the ability to influence and empower those they lead to achieve greater results, solve problems, increase leadership skills, and improve employee engagement, using the Maxwell Method of Coaching. 

We will provide a 6-week 360-degree interactive coaching workshop where participants will experience both observational learning and practical application, viewing coaching from the perspective of every participant in the coaching conversation. At the end of training, participants will have a thorough understanding of coaching skills and the power of coaching questions.  They will know how to instantly build rapport and connect, how to be present and listen with intention, and they will have experienced 2 live coaching sessions in which they will have role played coach, client, and observer.

Upon completion of the workshop, participants will have the knowledge and skills to effectively use the Maxwell Method of Coaching to coach and influence those they lead and will be provided with a certificate of completion.
