Sound familiar?

When you can do a lot of things, the hardest part is choosing.

Capable people get more invitations than they have time for. Without a clear filter, your calendar gets shaped by whoever makes the most urgent demand.

  • You end a full week wondering whether any of it moved your biggest goal.
  • You say yes to good opportunities and pay for it later.
  • Something you care about keeps getting pushed to next month.
  • You’re productive, but you don’t feel effective.

Who it’s for

  • Entrepreneurs and business owners taking on too much
  • Managers buried under competing priorities
  • High achievers who want to give their best to what matters most

Not a time-management hack. Life includes responsibilities you can’t simply eliminate. This is a practical method for choosing deliberately within them.

“I have participated in several of his sessions and always leave with a plan of action that I can immediately apply to my business or my life.”

Why I wrote this

A note from Drew

Fort Worth, Texas

Drew T. Jackson smiling, in a close portrait

Dear friend,

I’ve spent a good part of my life believing that if I could do something, I probably should. I’m energetic, curious, and optimistic. Those qualities have opened doors. They’ve also tempted me to walk through far too many of them.

In an earlier stretch, I produced five videos a week because I could. Then I saw the cost to quality. Cutting two gave me room to make the other three better.

The goal is not to do less for the sake of doing less. The goal is to give your best to what matters most.

Over the years I’ve asked successful business owners and leaders how they stay focused. I needed their answers. This book is what I learned, in three movements: Less but Better. Quit It and Forget It. Remember and Remain.

That’s why I’m giving it away. Choose the priority, make room for it, and begin.

Best regards,

Drew

  1. Alignment.Does it fit your purpose for this stage of life?
  2. Capacity and timing.Do you have room for it now, without taking from something more important?
  3. Integrity. Can you do it well and keep your word?
  4. Return. Is the payoff worth what it will cost you and the people around you? Record the decision before you respond.

Why give it away?

When I was a teenager, my family moved from California to Texas. The day we arrived, my aunt’s dog destroyed my new shoes. My cousin’s grandfather noticed I was discouraged and handed me $100 to buy another pair. I still remember it. My dream is to help you live yours, and giving this away is one small way I pass that kindness on.
