Sound familiar?
You’re working hard. You’re just not sure it’s adding up.
You lead people, projects, maybe a household. The days are full. But the plan for your life mostly lives in your head, and some days you wonder if you’re the leader your people need.
- You’re busy, but you’re not sure you’re on purpose.
- Your yes and your no feel random instead of chosen.
- Your team wants clear direction, and you’re still finding yours.
- Work is changing fast, AI included, and nobody handed you a map.
You don’t have to choose between leading well and living well. You need a clear plan and someone who’s walked the road.
“I have participated in several of his sessions and always leave with a plan of action that I can immediately apply to my business or my life.”

Your guide
Hi, I’m Drew.
I’ve led from the front line to the classroom.
I know what it’s like to lead without a title, and with one. I started as a cart attendant and became a supervisor. I’ve been a pastor, a trainer, and a consultant to executives.
Today I teach Business Principles and Business Ethics at Tarrant County College, and I lead organizational development and communications for a large organization. I’ve also founded and run my own consulting and speaking practice since 2016.
So when I share something here, it’s been tested with real people, not just read in a book.

Dear friend,
I knew at five years old that I wanted to be a speaker. I didn’t know the road would run through a plumbing job, a forklift, and a Costco parking lot.
My first leadership lessons came from ordinary work. At Costco I started as a cart attendant and became a front-end supervisor, leading 15 to 30 people a shift. I learned that people want the same things from a leader everywhere: tell me what’s expected, show me my work matters, and tell me the truth.
Then I spent years as a pastor. I built student leadership programs, then moved to California and started a church that grew to more than one campus. That job taught me to stay steady with people on their best days and their hardest ones.
In 2016 I started my own consulting and speaking practice. I’ve advised executives, trained teams at banks, mortgage companies, healthcare groups, and restaurants, and helped plan strategy for companies as large as $500 million. Along the way I earned my MBA in organizational development and strategy while we raised our five kids.
For two and a half years I served as a leadership subject-matter expert for Corporate Solutions at Tarrant County College. I designed 13 full-day leadership programs in six months and helped lead an AI Leadership Summit. Today I teach business there as an adjunct professor, and I lead organizational development and communications for a large public-service organization.
Here’s what 20+ years have taught me: most people don’t drift because they lack talent. They drift because they’ve never written down what matters most and what winning looks like. And sometimes they need to borrow someone’s belief in them until their own catches up.
That’s why I built this site. My dream is to help you live yours. So I’m giving away the tools I actually use. Start with the Strategic Life Plan. Give it one hour.
Best regards,
Drew

Questions
Questions you might have
Is it really free?
Yes. All three e-books (the Strategic Life Plan with its roadmap, Leading Through the AI Shift, and Wisdom for Life) and the weekly post are free. There’s nothing to buy and no call to book. My book is the only thing here that costs money, and it’s on Amazon.
Who is this for?
People who lead, with or without a title: managers, business owners, educators, nonprofit leaders, and anyone who wants a clear plan for what’s next.
Why give it away?
Because my dream is to help you live yours. Somebody believed in me before I believed in myself. This is how I pass that on.
Do I need to share your beliefs?
Not at all. The tools are practical and work for anyone, whatever you believe.
For organizations
Looking for a speaker or consultant for your team?
Every so often, a reader asks if I’ll speak to their team or help them think through leadership, communication, or strategy. If that’s you, send a short note. I read every message and reply personally.
Here’s how I work: we build a clear strategic plan together, your team executes it, and we stay on track with quarterly check-ins. I also give keynotes and workshops on communication, leadership development, and AI for leaders.
